Scope of Services. Through this Site, JD Moving Co. markets and arranges Residential Moving, Commercial Moving, Packing Services, Furniture Assembly, Loading Services. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.

Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.

Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to JD Moving Co. and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.

Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.

End of Use. JD Moving Co. may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of FL, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in FL.
